A visitor pointed this out to me:

I have NEVER seen this before, and it's not on our lists. Can anyone here confirm this? Is it a Euro title perhaps? My last resort is to contact the seller.

hmmmm. so, it DOES exist...i remember a friend of mine telling me he saw one of these at a blowout video here in nyc (b'way & 44th or 45th) around 1996 or '97 for $70, and being pissed that it cost so damn much. i told him something like "oh it's a super nes game- you'll see a load of them cheap any day now"...
Wow I wouldn't mind trying to find a copy of it. I didn't care much for the first 2 on the Genesis though.
Holy crap!! Maybe there's still hope for Bobby's World after all.
DP, I did YEARS of SNES research and I've never come across one of those.
I know I know!
But my theory is that it's EUROPEAN. If it's not, great! But I'm not adding it to this list, which consists of lots of people's research, without some physical confirmation.
Help?
Only one way to really find out for certain. *opens wallet*

Well if you wanna wait a bit, I did just pose the question to both sellers in the half.com page listed above. The question and answer appears on each item's page before they're sold.
OK, I will wait, but please don't snipe me if it is confirmed they are NTSC.
While I'm not sure about this particular game, while looking up PSX games, I found quite a few for sale on half.com that definitely were never released in the US (though they weren't listed as PAL or anything like that). So it's probably best to contact the seller and find out.
I'm not interested in the game, just information ABOUT the game. It's all yours, buddy.Originally Posted by Charlie
@kevincure: see my post above. Both sellers have been contacted.
That's definately a NTSC American copy of the game. You can tell by the grey SNES symbol on the bottom-right corner of the box (blow "Extreme").
PAL Snes games don't feature that symbol (because it is used to indicate an American copy), instead they have "PAL Version" written in grey below the main Super Nintendo Text logo.
Well, I must say that I didn't expect this to be such a lively topic. We saw the report in an issue in Nintendo Power from about 1995 or 1996 about that game being produced by Extreme Entertainment. We did numerous researches on the publisher and saw a few of their other titles but there was no link or reference to direct me to them to see if they had actually completed any copies of this title. I guess if it turns out to be an NTSC-NA title that it would be in the 8 - 10 range and well worth the 125.00 asking price if that space isn't too old. Thanks for looking into it though and I hope that this mystery gets solved soon so that maybe another SNES rarity is put to rest.

Note that NEITHER seller at half.com (link above) replied to my simple question, which was to tell me if it was a European release OR write out the part number... but I suppose you all have proven this is a US release. Just seems very fishy to me that this escaped all of our editors' research.
DP remember that any title on Half, anyone can list that they have one for sale. And that Half has had boxart for Bobby's World and Socks before (both unreleased but the art was there). This game did not see an official release as far as I know, neither in Europe or the US. It is possible that it did, but very highly doubtful as it would have had a Genesis partner release as well. If it did, well that would probably make it one of the rarest US releases, but I think this is just a couple of sellers trying to mess everyone up
