Simple topic.. what is your favorite game / games?. Whether you can pick one specific game or if you can only narrow it down to a few (doesn't have to be in order, although that's up to you), what is it? / what are they?
So, name your favorite(s)..

At the moment its Chu Chu Rocket. I seem to be playing any puzzle game I can
find lately
Right now I'm playing alot of Sonic Adventure.
My Gaming Collection (Now at Google Drive!)
I have a pretty simple list:
All Time Favourites:
Zelda Series
(if I had to chose one favourite it would be Link to the Past, but I love 'em all)
Current Favourites:
Civilization (PC)
Halo
Ico
Classic Favourites:
River Raid
Asteroids
Ms. Pac-Man
I could go on and on about any of them. But they're all games I go back to and play often, even after 'finishing' those that require it.
Time will be when the broadest river dries
And the great cities wane and last descend
Into the dust, for all things have an end
If I had to pick one game to be stranded on a deserted island with and have the system that would play it, it would be the Bust A Move Series (1, 2, or 4)
@ Nature Boy, would that happen to be the original Civilization on the PC... I am assuming it is. A great game indeed. I also have Civilization for SNES, maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance due to knowing the PC game, but I couldn't get into it the same for some reason.
My favorite game, I would have to say either Arkanoid or Tengen Tetris. Variations of these games are high on my list as well.
I think I have decided that Ninja Gaiden 2 is my most favorite game of all time now, with Final Fantasy IV and Super Mario 3 coming in 2nd and 3rd. Though for a list of my top 150 games in no particular order, here's a link:

Such a tough question! I have so many games anymore that it's hard to narrow down. Here are some of my TOP favorites of all time though:
X-Com: UFO Defense (PC)
Star Control 2 (3D0, PC)
Suikoden 2 (PSX)
Panzer Dragoon Saga (Saturn)
Final Fantasy 3 (SNES)
Snatcher (Sega CD)
Archon 1-3 (C64)
Phantasy Star 2 (Genesis)
Shining Force (Genesis)
Landstalker (Genesis) and Dark Savior (Saturn)
Warsong (Genesis)
Castlevania X (Duo)
Image Fight 2 (Duo)
Shufflepuck Cafe (Amiga)
Road Rash (3D0)
Metroid series
Alien Soldier (Mega Drive)
Those are the games that I REALLY love. There are lots of great others, but those top my list. It's hard to narrow it down much past that.

@Stonecutter: The original was definitely the one I got hooked on initially, but when I need a Civ fix lately I go version II. I like the extras that make it easier to build super large cities.
I tried the SNES version once I think and it's definitely tough to get into. It's just not a console game methinks.

My favourite games are: Mario 3, Super Mario World, Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, Micromachines, Dave Mira, Zelda (SNES)... Maybe earthbound and shining force...
