I think it's somewhere around 650
My best guestament....not including pirated C-64 games, or all my duplicates for all the other systems, no PC games, and not that I'm trying to beat everyone elses totals....5000, easily. I REALLY need to do a system inventory though...at last count I had about 40 2600's and a bunch of Colecovisions....and how in the hell did I get all these SNES's...are these things breeding when I'm not home?? :/
The Keeper of the Old Games
The Gaming Guy...you know...that guy!!
My collection is absolutely pathetic compared to you guys, but compared to all the gamers I know in Australia, it's quite grand!
Nintendo 64: 26 PAL + 4 NTSC = 30 games
Atari Lynx = 4 games
Game Boy Color: 9 color + 1 b/w = 10 games
Sega Game Gear = 4 games
Game Boy Advance = 4 games
Atari 2600 = 7 games
Nintendo GameCube = 5 games
Super NES = 7 games
Nintendo Entertainment System = 4 games
Sony PlayStation 2: 2 PS2 games + 2 PSX games = 4 games
Sega Dreamcast = 1 game (ARGH!)
Sega Saturn = 4 games
TOTAL = 84 games over 13 consoles
The problem is that I've only just recently started to collect video games, and so I've been focusing on getting the consoles rather than the games. But I now figure that since I've got all the consoles I've ever wanted, I can now start building up a large library of games - especially for my Dreamcast!
I have about 300 games for 5 consoles. (NES, Dreamcast, SNES, Gamecube, N64)
~Rich
Approximate counts by console:
2600--40
5200--5 (plus that naughty multicart)
7800--10
NES--15
GBColor--5
Genny--25
SNES--15
GBAdvance--15
Saturn--30
PSX--135
DC--30
PS2--30
Xbox--3
So about 350 total.

This is my collection the last time I updated. I've been getting them for a while, and have started collecting about 3 years ago, beginning with the
8-bit NES. Some of the counts are a little out of date, so the total might actually be a little higher.
1957 TOTAL GAMES

about 1,000 games scattered across 15 systems
Games, games and more games
I have a total of 244 Games. I hate my little pocket money and my other hobbys
I'm not sure on original titles but including dups I have approximately:
2600 - 1100
NES - 700
Dreamcast - 150
3DO - 100
Gamecube - 25
So around 2000-2100, but that number is going to seriously drop once I start to weed out all of these 2600 dups that I have no use for.
I hate this question, last time I counted around 6 months ago I was hitting 1500 but since then i have not got many so I would say 2000 with all dupes and comp games.
The official tally, as of right now, *not* including PC games or dedicated consoles and handhelds (like Telstar Pongs and Mattel Football, etc) is
956

I have around 1100 games. I am in the process of finishing my basement and converting that into a game / Lan room
I've got 322 over 14 systems. Still have a few more mega drive games to add to the list so it's probably close to 350.
I've got 511 as of this weekend.
I'm just guessing but I'd say between 800-900. I realize thats a big range. I'll count it for real later and throw it up.
Bacon, Bacon, Bacon, IT'S BACON!!!!
I have around 280 give or take a few I forgot to add to my excel sheet.
I'm also looking to dump about 20 of them. I'm not such a huge fan of just owning games for the sake of owning them. I prefer to own games that I actually play and enjoy and I don't see the point of holding on to craptacular games...except to see if the appreciate in value - though I don't think my copy of "Ooga Booga" or "Crap Dreamcast Bomberman" is going to be knocking ol' Radiant Silvergun off the "you paid what for a piece of plastic?!!" list.
On Friday I passed the 500 game mark
695.
My tally does include PC games, but not dedicated units, ROMs, or free/shareware
