    Default Pac-Man Vs - Can I play this w/o a Gameboy?

I think the concept is ultra-cool! But don't want to spend $400 on 4 GBAs just to play. Pac-Man Vs - Can I play this w/o a Gameboy?

If not is there a Public Domain Hack of Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man where players control the ghosts?

I haven't tried it but as far as I understand you must have GBAs to play this. That is why it was just released as a promo item with other titles..etc.

You can't play without a Gameboy.

You don't need four GBAs though, you need only one. The GBA is used by the person being Pac-Man, and the other three use regular 'cube controllers and see themselves on your TV screen.

Fantastic game for four people - even non-gamers are interested and love it in my experience.

Yep, he's right. I've played it many, many times. It's a riot and really the only reason I own a Gamecube.

Can you play this with a DS by chance?

I'd like to give it a shot, but I have no reason to ever get a GBA... I've got a GBC and a DS.

holy crap where are you still buying GBAs for 100 a pop?

but yeah like most people said you only need 1 for the person who's playing as pac-man

and goatdan physically I don't think the adapter will work on the DS, unless you snap the fasteners on the adapter.

Doesn't work on the DS, it doesn't have a GBA link port (cost cutting measures, probably) But, gbas are something like 20 bucks at gamestop, so its the cost of another controller for fun like pacman vs and zelda 4 swords and final fantasy.
