How many games will a PS2 memory card hold?
I was wondering how many PS2 owners have filled up a memory card and how many games it took to do it.
I just got my copy of the Getaway, but I have to figure out what to dump. Of course, I have five songs I made with the MTV Music Generator 2 that ate up 100 or so KBs each...
Also, how many people have noticed that games take up more than what they originally say they should? I dumped my Fantavision save the other day because it took up way more than what it said on the case!
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.
I have 21 or 22 games and I just filled mine up.Time to get a new one!
THe space used up varies with each games. Just take a look at the back of the game case, usually at the top or bottom. It'll tell you how much space it needs.
Some games, particularly sport games, can eat up a lot. Just get a new memory cart, I think you can still get the official Sony brand 2 pack for about $30 in some stores.

Madden 2003 can take up the whole card. Easily. As Imp said, sports games take a LOT of space up.
Barring sports games, you can get a LOT of saves on one card.
