In Milwaukee, you'll find the Midwest Gaming Classic, which you mentioned you already know about. If you haven't visited it online, you can find the web site at http://www.midwestgamingclassic.com/ I'm one of the main organizers of that.

For smaller shows sort of nearby, there is the Video Game Summit in Chicago. It's held yearly and draws around 50 people to the show. I have made it a point to attend the last three (I think?) of these as a vendor, and I always have a lot of fun there.

If you're looking for just general gaming shows, Chicago is also home to the Pinball Expo, which can be found by visiting http://www.pinballexpo.com/ I'm a huge pinball fan, and I find that show to be an absolute blast! There are tons of pins set up on freeplay and for purchase, as well as parts and speakers and everything. If you dig pinball and are in the area, don't miss it.

If you're looking for anything else directly in Milwaukee, you're out of luck -- but be happy, there are two shows that cater toward video games within a few hours driving distance, as well as one of the best pinball shows too! Most places don't have even one show, so I'm extremely happy that our area supports these three (and also a days drive, although a little longer is Pinball at the Zoo, another pinball event in Kalamazoo that is a blast to attend!)

    Hope that helps
