If you can play Neo Geo CDs on any Neo Geo system worldwide. Why do I always see people saying that their system is modded?
are you sure they arent talking about the AES (cart system)?
no im sure it was about the neo geo cd.
It's just like the AES - the origin of the console determines the region the games play in. You can add a region switch to the Neo CD and change to JP/US/EU modes.
Also, mods can be of the video ouput variety.
