Hi does anyone no if you can mod a pal mega cd1 to act like a jap mega cd 1 so i can use it with my jap megadrive 1. thanks

Yes, but you need to change the system BIOS, or install a multibios & a region switch. Search this forum - it's been discussed before (for Sega CD systems).
