Well, of course you need to state where you live, because we don't know the voltage of your area.
If you live in a 110-120V country, and have a standard 9v adaptor (NOT the one from your NES!), like one that comes with a Sega Genesis, then that will power all 3 of these Japanese systems.
The simple answer is that unless you're REALLY paranoid, you can plug any Japanese system into any standard home outlet in the US.

your going to to ok useing a US outlet with a jp system. the voltage diffrence is only 10v. so the extra heat and strain on the system is almost negligable in my opinion. that being said a "step down" voltage converter is only like $25. I have one and use it myself. i have a power stip plugged into it and i run my jp systems though it....cause i'm paranoid
