Olaf in Norse by Norsewest (aka Lost Vikings II) has a fart move, but it's not an attack.
The monkey character in Ballz 3D has a fart attack.
Yeah I find Abe's Exoddus the most memorable fart attack of all. Drink a brew, fart, chant to possess the fart, then fly it over to some enemies or bombs then chant again to make it explode and destroy everything in its path.
