Just wondering if I could safely use a Sega Master System power supply with any other gaming consoles. TG-16 maybe ? Original NES ?

You can use it with the NES and TG-16 just fine.
I believe Master System power adapter works fine with Genesis model I, Sega CD models 1 and 2, Jaguar, Intellivision 2, TG-16, and NES.
Also famicom and super famicom as well.
I currently power my INTV 2 with a Sega brand power adapter.
Crazy how all these things fit together back in the day.
Virtual Boy, use Japanese adapter. (US tap unit has the weird SNES plug)

I use my Master System, Famicom, and model 1 Genesis power supplies interchangably. I use any of them to power the Master System, AV Famicom, Super Famicom and Model 1 Genesis. You can use them on more systems too. The important thing to pay attention to with power supplies is not only voltage and minimum supplied amperage, but also polarity. These systems all use a negative center polarity and share other common voltage requirements, which is why you can use them so readily.
I know I say this a lot, but remember this absolutely does NOT apply to the NES power supply. If you have an NES and you can, throw the OEM power supply away or at least keep it in a box in a locked closet or something. The NES power supply outputs AC voltage and will wreak havoc on anything other than an NES if you accidentally use it. The NES can be powered by any DC power supply under the sun, so there's no reason to ever use the NES power supply.....ever.

Similarly, don't use a Master System 2 power supply on other things. It's rated for like half the amps!

I'd like to find a good source of power plugs that a.) don't have cheap capacitors inside that die and b.) has good power regulation...but that's a lot more transformers to buy and test than I want to be bothered with.
If the original NES transformer is a good design, well shit, just use it with the NES...they're designed to go together after all!
Tip of the day: I need to buy some little label stickers.
