He asked on some anime forums, got responses that it's similar to transformers, maybe like a decepticon or predacon beast, also mazinger z, gurren lagann, ... its literally new without tags. Even the tags it has don't identify it.

Where did he get it? Without tags it could just be a generic ripoff of some show rather than a legit licensed piece from an actual series.
