Whats the best way to enjoy a vita?

Here's a snippet of the PS Vita version of Gundam Breaker 3. What with Gundam Vs Force coming to the US, here's hoping this game is localized for the US. I'll be getting the PS4 version of course, but if the PS4 version is localized the Vita version will most likely atleast get a digital release.
