Destruction Derby (Sega Saturn) - not on rarity list.

I recently got Destruction Derby for my Saturn, but when I went to check it's rarity ranking, I couldn't find the game!

Does this mean:

1. Someone forgot to put it in?

or

2. Destruction Derby for Saturn was a PAL exclusive?

Checking PAL games against the US rarity list could be pretty misleading anyway.
I'm not a Saturn expert, but I know for other systems there can be large discrepencies between US and PAL rarity & value.

yeah i know that's why we need more pal lists, the SMS, MD, SNES and Dreamcast are a good start i also have a complete cube pal list
