there are 2 versions out there, one was a retail game, the other one could be obtained at some kind of giveaway or contest.(i believe the actual games are the same though)
you can tell them apart by their box art (both versions had box and manual,yes).
the giveaway version is uncommon but not exactly rare.

I personally think the game is pretty stupid... who the hell thought of a guy who attacks enemies why riding a unicycle?
