Default [PSX] Dark Tales: From the Lost Soul

Japanese only release, but it still counts, doesn't it?

Released in 1999 for the PlayStation by Sammy. Choose Your Own Adventure-styled horror title with three distinct stories, each with multiple endings, based on what you choose to do.

Is there anything else you need to know?

I believe Vertex/Zero were/was the developer(s), as they were credited in the opening logos.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'part number', so here's a scan of my copy of the game box.

Tripod's a C&P paste thing, but I neglected to scan the spine just the same.

I'll get to it when I get home!

One other note: there was a promotional for this game with its release, and it came with a special pair of blue headphones. As far as I know, these are standard headphones. They just came in a special plastic holder, customized to match with the game.

I'm guessing the set is fairly rare, as I have never heard of anyone else owning the headphones and the game, so if you guys ever do rarity scales for Japanese-released titles, I'd recommend taking this into mind.
