My personal fav, Kintaro, I remember playing in the arcade, he would just hand you your ass!

I don't mean to be politically correct, but you should refer to Lifeforce as "Salamander" because that was its original name. Konami released it in the US as Lifeforce and then rereleased Salamander under the same name (Lifeforce) in Japan for no damn reason. x_x

The first one that came to my mind was nemesis in RE3. Bursting through the window with the rocket launcher. Him always chasing after you.
