Found this in a Canadian Wal-Mart yesterday. Was surprised to see a racing game I've never heard of, and have never seen it in the US. Haven't had a chance to try it yet to see if its any good.

Yes, it has been released in the US. Though I haven't seen it in a physical store, I have spotted it on Amazon.com and other various sites.
PlayStation.com has a listing for it, as well as Gamespot, and allgameguide.com.
