Somehow I apparently forgot to tell him I've had that game for quite awhile, so he got super excited.
GTA5 and Divinity Original Sin on PS4.
Divinity is really good and I'd recommend it, but I feel that it's massively unbalanced between regular battles and boss battles to where your party during boss battles you can literally have no way of winning before the first turn is even over with. I got so frustruated because of the issues with the balance with the bosses that I turned the difficulty to explorer and I haven't turned it back, even during regular battles. I'm not a fan of constantly swapping difficulty and save spamming. If they balanced the game better it'd be such an amazing game, but as it turns out it's just a really good game with some infuriating bs sprinkled in.
Classic wise, definitely FF9 right now. Was never a big Final Fantasy fan growing up, but I'm finally starting to get into RPGs more after playing Chrono Trigger earlier this year as well. Besides that, basically GTA5 with the new updates out, WWE 2k16.
Dance Dance Toejam and Earl!
I finally get to crack open Call Of Duty: Black Ops III on my XBO and I'm heading straight into nazi zombies mode. I played Shape Up earlier but that was just to work out.

If you've liked previously Call Of Duty games, especially the Black Ops sub series, then you will most likely enjoy this one. Nazi Zombies is standard fare with the exception that you can now transform into a beast/creature to help make your killing easier for a brief period of time. Campaign and multiplayer are also pretty standard with the noticeable exception that you can now run on walls and jump all over the place, as in Titanfall and Halo. Those three series have been merging together with each successive entry. I fully expect Titanfall 2 to have actual Spartans and zombies in it.

Not sure why that particular game does that, let me note it’s a multicart but no issues with other games"so far"..
Looking online says:
Aug 14, 2015 - As seen in MAME's source ([neogeo.c]), a few games are known to do this ... Sengoku 3: Checks M1 ROM too, displays "M1-ROM ERROR.
............
After I reset the machine/cleared the back up ram.. and reselected Sengoku 3: it still, displays "M1-ROM ERROR before doing through it's demo screens..
My son owns it on the Xbox one..he was playing it like crazy, then just stopped..
I asked,what happened..
He says he's online friends group/clan whatever bailed to play it on the PS4 instead..(something about exclusives
Darn expensive/rich list of friends you have there Son..
He didn't play Call Of Duty: Black Ops III Xbox one anymore..
PS4 -Gifted to my Son for Christmas with ..Call Of Duty: Black Ops III PS4
He loves it...
Thanks me over and over..
That sucks about Sengoku 3. I really like that game a lot. Not sure if I prefer it or 2 at this point, but it's great either way. I haven't had that problem when I've tried it on my multicart, but I only played it for a few minutes on there, as I've had that whole series on AES for about 12 years, and have played the hell out of it already. Lately, all of my friends and family have finally figured out that Windjammers rules, so it's been getting most of the action on my cabinet instead of the multicart.
Been playing Shovel Knight on 3DS since it got a physical release. I like it. I beat the normal game in a day pretty easily, and have been clearing challenge stages, which seemed promising at first, but quickly devolved into timed boss fights. Still, it's a great little game that does the retro style better than most. It keeps most of its references subtle, has tight controls, and a fun little world to play in. The only place I can really criticize it is that it was super easy, mainly because it fell into the one big trap of many modern "hard" platformers: every area, boss, etc. tends to have a trick to it, be it a pattern or using a play mechanic (in this case shovel bouncing) to make it go from seemingly impossible to simple in a matter of seconds. Still, super cool, and a bargain at its $25 MSRP. Liked it enough to buy it for my brother in law for Christmas.
Currently playing Breath of Fire (SNES). I had just. Saved the town of Gust from a specific flower and then defeated the HornToad.
(Do we have a spoiler BBCode here by any chance?)
Working on finishing off the last few death mode stages in Sound Shapes, then off to something else.
Blu-Cup, that is a sig image I can truly appreciate.
Beyond Halo 5 I have really started my love affair with Call Of Duty: Black Ops III. I didn't even finish the campaign yet but have been spending lots of time in nazi zombies and multiplayer. If I can free up some time I'd like to put in a few rounds of Titanfall too.
