Will NTSC Coleco and Intellivision games work on my PAL systems?

For the Coleco, yes, now for the Intelly i don't know.

I'm almost positive all Intellivision cartridges are the same. It's the hardware that is different.

I can confirm what Y-bot said. Intellvision systems determine the signal, not the carts. Even the addons (ECS) are usable on either.
