I am heading down to EB for the B2G1F sale and I have around $21. So far I have:
RE4
MGS2
GH2

I have loved Shadow of the Colossus. It will only take you about 10 hours to beat but once you beat it you'll want to play it through again on hard mode. I guarandamntie it. Unfortunately you'll have to spend all $ 21 on it as no one is selling it for any cheaper, even used. Definitely worth the $ 20 though.

I picked up RE4 on sale for $10 new, so I don't think it would be more than $20 anywhere else.

Is GH2 = Guitar Hero 2? If so, I think GS still has it $35-40 used.
MGS2 is kind of a waste to use on this sale, since you can get it for $5 there.

I picked up some 360 games with the sale, figures 2 30 dollar games and a free 30 dollar game, works out well in my book

This is Gamestop/EB. They don't make any sense.
Katamari Damacy is $40 at my local stores!

Something is wrong with your store, it should be 29.99. Well, at my Gamestop and on the online store thats the price anyways.
Anyways, pick up Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter. It should be in the 9.99 and less bin.

I say go to gamestops website click on ps2 and then click on 19.99 and under. There are too many great games cheap.

Make a list of ones you want and chances are you will find some great games.
Ps. go for nba street vol 2 much better.
