There was a Japanese version of Tetris that had you put on heart monitors. The faster your heart started beating, the faster the pieces fell. I believe it was for the N64. Biofeedback and body interaction are methods that are not used enough in games.

Yeah, sure, but the e-Meter? Give me a break, electric shocks are dangerous.
I'm also laughing at the fact it's from Turkey. That just seems incongruous (but not), somehow.
