Atari 2600 (I can make a LOT of different packages. Console with 1 or 2 joysticks, available paddles, tons of games, no games, whatever)
$20 for the console, $5 each controller. So like $32 shipped for a console with 2 controllers, a set of paddles, and a couple common games sounds good.
I've never owned a 2600. That seems like a good deal. I'll send you a PM.
