Calling all N64 collectors!

I just recently started picking up complete N64 games, and I'm wondering if there's a list out there of what games came with the built-into-the-box cart holder, and which games came with the tray?

I think most of your early release games (96/97ish) had trays.

I don't know of a list, and it would be hard to do one without lots of imput, as there are some games that have both boxes with an without a built in tray.
