help the c64 beat the speccy; it will be in print for all to see in a later edition. (Or just vote whatever you feel like voting.)

A bit annoyed he didn't list the Atari computers.
They are better sellers than the Spectrum (whatever that is).

Retro Gamer is British.
The Spectrum was very popular in Britain.
I doubt the Ataris were as popular as either C64 or ZX Spectrum.

Someone asked in that thread (and was answered):

There must be a fault with my browser - I can't see any of the 8-bit Atari machines listed at all. Is anyone else experiencing this bizarre rendering fault?

Keeping it simple mate. I know there are more than 4 8-bit computers, but I just went with these core four.

No Dragon 32 either, despite this month's main feature! ;-)

Will the poll accept entries from Americans, or are we too stupid to understand what computers are, like how its writers think we're too stupid to understand their brilliantly-written articles?

The polls a crock without an Apple II option

I was reading some stuff in this thread, and it is sorta funny:

I would imagine this'll go the same as the Retro Fusion version and the C64 Mafia will stage a mass forum invasion.

Yeah C64.

They know about us.

Well, you have a point there. A people who chooses the Apple II and IBM PC as its gaming platforms of choice should perhaps not be trusted in this kind of poll.

Well of course the Spectrum is gonna win if you ask all Europeans. It's got the "home field advantage"

Even though pretty ANY machine from that era blew away the Sinclar, those brits sure were proud of their speccy's.

Timex's versions of the Sinclar's were absolute jokes.

C-64 all the way, baby.

And Idrougge, the IBM really wasn't considered a viable gaming platform until the late 80's, even in the US. It was really Apple Vs. Commodore, back in the days.

Oh noes, C64 is losing :(

Final plea.

If you have not done so already, please vote for C64 (or whatever machine is "best").
