What counts as far as collectiong #?

I was wondering, what all counts as far as collection. I have 250 games total, but when doing a total collection count, do systems and accessories/promos/guides count?

Yeah if you want to count them. There are no rules, although you will be laughed at if you count roms and such.

No roms, and no VC titles either. Has to be something I can physically touch.
