Value of Final Fight Tough Japanese for SFC

I may have paid too much for it, so what do you think a great condition boxed with manual Japanese Final Fight Tough is worth for the SFC? Anyone out there have any ideas?

$70 in 1996?
I looked around for a value price for present day but its hard to find. I paid about 12800yen for mine last year. So was curious if that is excessive or about right. Whenever I was in Akihabara Japan I tended to be so excited to pay anything. The Videogame vibe there is strong :-D

Ah, I meant at the time I bought it, around 2002. I'd say the price you saw was a little on the high side.
