Justifier Gun on the X'Eye

I got a JVC X'Eye on here from a user. I also have Lethal Enforcers with the Justifier gun. When I tried the gun on my X'Eye, it wouldn't recognize it. My friend also has an X'Eye and the same thing(we bought 2 copies of the Lethal Enforcers w/gun brand new from a mom 'n' pop store). We tried both on both of our X'Eye's. Both X'Eye units wouldn't recognize either gun. Is the Justifier gun incompatible with the X'Eye?

BTW, we do have them setup according to the instruction manual(Control Pad in Port 1 and Gun in Port 2)

What kind of TV? The guns work fine on my X'Eye if memory serves. I've used the Justifier fairly recently.

They will not work on most HDTV's, tube or LCD. Definitely will not work on projection, LCD, DLP, or plasma.

Omnedon do you know what sort of televisions do/don't work with the Sega Saturn Stunner?

No, but as a rule, I assume all older guns won't work on anything beyond a standard tube.

I own a tube HDTV, and I've yet to see a gun work on it. tested and failed were:

Justifier
Light Phaser
Zapper
Stunner
Super Scope

The X'Eye doesn't seem to recognize my gun. I have a standard TV. Mine is an MGA and we got it around 1990.
