Well, the system, the parts, and the games all look to be good and in nice shape, and there's some good games there.
I agree it's not worth $140, though. :)
I'd give him $40 for it, but that's probaly too much also. :D

I feel spoiled because I never really had to pay for the 2600 systems I have..except for the 2600Jr.
I have owned 4 or 5 2600 systems since '96(when the family 2600 was er, saved from the trash by me) and I've had about 3 Woodies, 1 Vader and 1 2600Jr.
That guy paid way too much..and he got mostly common games.
Definitely nuts! x_x

Honestly, I'd be suprised if he even paid.

Believe it or not, there are still a lot of people out there who'd like to pick up an Atari or other classic gaming system for reasons OTHER than collecting.
For a person who may be picking this setup to actually PLAY it, a working Atari with 30+ games is well worth $105.
Sometimes we think too much like collectors and not enough like gamers.

Heck, I'm a diehard gamer and do very little collecting, and I'd STILL say "Give me the emulator" anyday of the week. :)
If I was REALLY serious about playing, I'd just get a controller adpater and use the original controller like for the NES and SNES. :D
I did recently see this cool idea for sale, though -- it was a Atari Joystick with the games built INTO it. You hooked it up to your PC with a USB cable and the CD that came with it and played the games with the joystick. Nice touch! ;)
