Semi-Annual Neo-Geo.com MN gathering

We're in the planning stages. It used to meet in apartment party room, but recently we've rented space in a hotel.

Some of the games we've played at previous gatherings:

DC shooters
Typing of the Dead
Twinkle Star Sprites
Magical Drop 3
Garou: Mark of the Wolves
3rd Strike
DS Multiplayer games
Saturn Bomberman

We hope to get some multi-player Nintendo games like Mario Party going as well.

There's usually a turn-out of around 30-40 people throughout the day, goes from noon-all night.

Any MN DPers are welcome, either post in this thread, Neo-geo.com (http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2255169#post2255169), or PM Bobak on Neo-Geo.com if you have an account there. He's the host of this year's gathering and admin of Neo-Geo.com.

It's in the Twin Cities. Place is still TBA. Will be picked based on price, free parking, proximity to food, safe neighborhood. The past two gatherings have been at the Plymouth Kelly Inn ( http://www.bestwesternplymouth.com/).

They'll be a small fee to offset the cost of the room(s).
We have one main room for gaming only, and a hotel room to food/drinks (they don't allow food/drink in the main room)

We've got an HD projector this time. Also plan on some DS multiplayer.

If you plan on going, post what you plan on bringing along. We need TVs, systems, games. Feel free to bring along drinks and snacks if you want, too.

I know most of us are preoccupied with CGE, but for the weekend, if you live by IA, WI, MN, it's worth driving here to chime in. The confirmed location is right off 494, there's also some amenities (Bobak booked a room for any of us wanting to use it). I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
