I just ran across a bunch of this Gameboy printer paper stuff on clearance. Does anyone know how much these are worth? I heard they were hard to find and I might want a Gameboy Printer someday so I was wondering if I should pick some up now? They wanted $7 for a box. Should I go back for it?

I think a box of 3 rolls went for 9.99 new.
You can still buy them from Nintendo new and probably will be able to for quite some time.

It just depends on if you want to save 2 bucks each and store them until you get a printer.

ya beat me to the punch, IGTD :P
Another thing to consider is that game boy printer paper is heat transfer paper (similar to old fax machines), and as such actually has an expiration date. check that before you buy it, although I don't know how much difference it would make if it was expired.

Don't the printings eventually fade away, due to it being heat transfer?

They fade, but they never go completely away. I have a sticker on my printer that I took about 3 years ago, and it's light brown but still easily visible.
