I bought a Master Gear Converter at eBay and when I received it, the Master Gear does not fit on my Sega Game Gear's slot.

I put force into it but still no luck. I noticed that the plastic on my Master Gear's slot seems bigger than my Game Gear games.

I took photos if anyone who has a Master Gear compare it with their game's slot to see if they're equal.

So is this a problem? Should I return it back to the seller to exchange the converter?

Top is Game Gear cart, bottom is Master Gear cart.

It is a tighter fit, but it shouldn't be too tough to insert. Out of curiousity, which version of the Game Gear do you have?

It's the plastic screen game gear that doesn't work with the TV Tuner with the serial #K20150834. Game Gear model: 2110. It doesn't have the licensing screen, though.

I just tried to make a tougher insert, but still no luck. I started to see scrape marks around the Master Gear's slot plastic after I attempted so many tries.
