help me find micro boots

I'm having a hard time finding micro boots in the game dynastic hero for turbo grafx 16. I can't seem to find a walkthrough for the game. Thanks for any who can help.

check the walkthrough for the genesis version of the game, they are nearly identicle (wonderboy in monsterland i think its called?)
