"Rare" Vic 20 Items - Price Check

Any idea how much a Vic-20/C64 Light Pen made by DSI (Data Share International), complete with manual and cassette "package" is worth? One side of cassette is for Vic, one side for C64.

And a Vic "Rabbit" ROM board, made by Eastern House Software, any idea as to the rarity/worth of this?
