Need an AV cable for genny model 2 for a friend. He said he can pay $5 via money order (US funds) for it, shipped.

Not $5, but they are brand new OEM stereo AV cables.
Genesis 2 or 3 STEREO A/V cable new in package (SEGA GENESIS) $7.00
And he is a good guy to deal with to boot!
