Ok since my xboxlive question was answered, earlier this week ive decided to get LIVE again.. So my problem starts i have my 360 and my HDtv in my bedroom but have my computer in the living room which is on the other side of my house faa faa away... So back in the day when i had live i would have to get my 360 and bring it in the living room where the computer was so i could hook it up, F'n hassle that was, plus my tv in the living room is a 50" non HDtv which sucks! So what do i need to purchase to be able to sign on from my room? or am i sol? any help is appreciated

If you have a wireless router, all you need is the Xbox wireless adapter. It just clips into the back of your 360. Mine works great! I believe the original Xbox wireless adapter also works on the 360. Not too sure though.

QFT. I use one on mine and there are two walls between my 360 and router. As long as you have a good router you should be fine.

Just get a cheap ($30-$40) LinkSys wireless router from Walmart. The wireless adapter for the 360 is not so cheap...it's around $100 last time I checked.

No prob.
The one you linked to I believe only works on broadband connection. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you had cable.

Nyko makes a wireless set up that will do every thing you need for about $50.00. I believe it is called the net extender. I have one and it works great. Unfortunately it only has nyko on it and not the full product name.

Instead of buying an expensive wireless adapter for your xbox, put your router next to it instead of your computer. You can get a wireless adapter for your computer for less then $20.

I bought a wireless antenna for the original Xbox for $5. Works fine.

I think the problem is the only place wiring comes is by the pc.

Hence the whole problem...
