Wii light gun game- Ghost Squad [Archive]

Now this is sweet. A Sega light gun game heading to the Wii. Its not zombies or vampires but its a friggin Sega light gun game so i am confident in its quality.

Our local Jillians has 2 Ghost Squad machines.

The game is really not all that great. It's actually quite worse than any HotD game.

If they bring HotD 4 to the wii, then I'd be impressed. But it would take a serious hit, in the GFX department.

I like Ghost Squad in the Arcade. It's not the best shooter, but its not crap either.

Not that it will happen, but if they made a frame to hold the Wii-mote and shaped it like the Machine gun in the game i'd be one really happy camper.

I enjoyed the game when I tried it out at Game Works. I'll definitely buy it just so I can get another Wii game that I will actually play.

Looks interesting.

Name reminds me of another Sega game, Laser Ghost.

Edit: For some reason the "log cabin" look in the first screenshot fascinates me.

So far, the screenshots for it lookn pretty damn good to me. I know its not the best light gun game from Sega, but hopefully it does decently in sales and we can see some more great shooters that never made it home get a release, on the Wii or any platform. Maybe LA Machineguns...HotD 4...VIRTUA COP 3!!!

Yeah I had been wondering where the hell were console ports of HOD4 and VC3... come on sega put em on the 360 or the wii!!!!!

Leave it to Sega, to get Nintendo going on the ball when it comes to something they should have tried a while ago. (kind of similar to Sega driving the GameCube to get online with PSO is what it looks like to me)

I love this game at the local Dave & Buster's but it is too short
