Well I'll hope for the best with this title. But I was really dissapointed with FFCC...it was one of the first games I bought on my GameCube and really dissapointed me. The story bored me and having to carry that damn cup slowed everything down and was a real annoyance. Even playing 3-4 players someone has to be the one to not have any fun hauling that cup. Although I did like the treasure and upgrade system upon completing levels.

This is a good thing. The world could use more enjoyably polished Japanese action-RPGs, and that's what the four seconds or so of actual gameplay in that video look like to me.

I have no doubt in my mind that the story will be a complete load of bollocks. It looks sort of like lighthearted adventure bollocks from the video, so hopefully it's not standard Squenix emo-tard bollocks in disguise. I've never played the first Crystal Chronicles, can anyone tell me where that one stands within the spectrum?

Hell, I'm sold then. If they ditch the freakin' "Cloud is having a bad hair day" story crap from previous games, this might be the first Final Fantasy I actually enjoy.

I saw the trailer over at Gametrailers.com earlier. Is the main character a boy or a girl? hehe. I've never been into Final Fantasy, but the game is probly cool :)

I think this one is single player. Though, there still may be multi-player. I'm not really sure.
