This is a continuation from my old topic (here (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=84085)) as I finally managed to get pics of the board:

According to the chip, it's made by Datel, which makes sense, as it was advertised as a GameShark. If this is indeed a cheating device, then it works like Datel's older devices (The GameKiller (http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/5504/P5190009.jpg), for example), where you'd have to press the GS button a certain number of times to activate codes for a game instead of using an OSD. Here's what gets me: this thing has a parallel port, which was only added onto Datel's later devices, which leads me to believe it's a little more than a GameShark.
I'll try later on today (or tomorrow) to see if GSCC detects it as a GameShark. Until then, input is welcome. I'd like to finally get to the bottom of this ^_^'
