On Saturday I picked up Mario Paint for SNES, bringing my total games collection up to 100 games!

I know it's not much, especially compared to some of you long-time collectors with 2000+ games.

But I was just so proud of all the time and effort I've put in to get this far - I just had to announce it!

100 games spanning 13 consoles.

Hooray for me!

Congrats on passing the "99" on your cart collection. Wow....how long has it been ago that I got to 100 games, will have to drag out the printed list and see. I started logging my collection into a Works database program back in 1996.....still have the first printout, and made a new list about every 30 days till this day!! Can look back on my prior printouts to see when I picked up a new game by the month. I'm currently at about.....(drumroll please!!) 5000 games for about 40 different systems. This includes all my carts, original disk programs(no pirates) and some of my dupes. I need to update a few list...my 2600 list is not to accurate in the dupes dept.....haven't kept track of all of those extra's I have.
By the way, just a general question....how much does it cost to ship something to Aus. and vice versa. Is it a pain, do you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork at the 'post, is the exchange rate favorable for this, etc, etc, etc.
Let me know if you can answer this. Thanks The Keeper of the Old Games :) :) :)

Thanks, thekeepr.

Sorry, I don't know about postage to and from here. I'm guessing it would be a lot though!

Currently the exchange rate is $1.00 AUS buys about $0.60 US.

There you are!

shipping to any country outside the u.s depends on a number of factors:

what you're sending
how much it weighs
type of item (gift/merchandise/commercial sample)
how fast you want it to get there

go to www.usps.com, and check out the international rate calculator- that helps a lot!

from washington to australia, if you sent 2-4 2600 carts via airmail parcel post, depending on packing. it would be about about $6-8, and take 10-14 days, or $12-$15 for EMS (you can try to squeeze them in a global priority envelope to save $, but some countries don't get GPM service) which is 3-5 days (i think australia gets an extra day or two added because it's so far). surface mail you use if you hate someone dearly- up to 2 months (or longer). by boat... :-D
