War is hell. No-one can be held responsible for all irrational decisions made in war-time, not even a console war...
I've lived through 3 major console wars, and I've seen my fair share of carnage. I've laughed nervously with my arms crossed as friends have played super nintendo in front of me. I've put down other kid's systems in blind faith of my own. I even stabbed a kid 43 times with a screw-driver in my elementary school cafeteria for saying that the Genesis was for girls. Yes, my friends, the wars were tough on everyone...
Ever done anything/have interesting stories over console fights or arguments you've had in the past? For example, I am a giant snes fan now and am collecting the library while I haven't touched my genesis since Vectorman had "good graphics" but you couldn't pay me to pick up an snes controller back in the day. "To get that good takes ages, to get this good takes sega!" My eyes were on the sega prize back then, I wish that I knew how bad ass the snes really was...
I know when I was little, I repped hard for my consoles, man. You know when you're little, stuff like that matters in school and I know you have stories so give 'em up!!!
