Dark Forces (Configuration)

Recently, I had to urge to play Star Wars: Dark Forces and I was searching for ways to config the keys for the game. I read a guide that told me to use a hex editor on the JEDI.CFG file but idk which hex editor to download. Does anybody know a site where I can download one?

Also, is there a way to have mouselook in the game?

Hex editor? I like XVI32.
