I picked this up on Ebay and it came in the mail today. I'm puzzled as to why Paperboy64 has a jumper pack included. The box is the type that has the tray built into it and there is a pocket that seems to fit the jumper pack perfectly and the plastic pry out tool was included as well. Nothing mentioned on the box about including a jumper pack, though. This isn't the Nintendo expansion pack with the red top, but the jumper pack that came in the N64 consoles - if I'm remembering correctly. Does anyone remember if this is the way the game was originally sold and why? If the seller decided to stick a jumper pack and removal tool in the box and it doesn't really belong there, I'll remove it. Thanks!

DK 64 came with the memory pak, not the jumper pak. The jumper pak, as the original poster noted, was the "bit of plastic" that filled in the hole where the memory pak goes. There were a few games that wouldn't work with the extra memory installed, a list that includes with excellent Space Station Silicon Valley, alas.

Actually, it is called the "Expansion Pak", not the memory pak. Just a heads up.

I've never had any trouble playing Space Station Silicon Valley with the Expansion Pak in.

It was only the US version of Space Station Silicon Valley that has expansion pak problems. The PAL (EUR/AUS) version has no expansion pak compatability problems. I also believe later copies of the US release had fixed the expansion pak bug.

Consider yourself lucky, I must have one of the early versions of the game. Because it always locks up about five minutes into the game(with the expansion pak that is).
