Yeah, I know I know I took the pic before putting the button in the hole but you get the idea. dremeling the tiny holes to make the buttons fit was a pain in the ass but it turned out better then expected. If anybody wants this, let me know =)

Aren't there enough good sega dreamcast sticks that you don't have to gut
another nice stick?

It's sort of like crushing a porsche into scrap steel

well I don't like the buttons without the microswitches to be honest.. I had this and extra buttons so I thought why not?

As long as you learned from it, rock and roll. You should look more into just creating converters so you can use it on all your systems. Wataru(and some number) has a stick with like 7 different plugs for different systems on it so he can play it on most of his consoles.
