Looks pretty rad. Any game that features 2 vs a Panda is alright be me.

Graphically it looks like Bloody Roar or Rival Schools. I'm guessing this is the NTSC version of the PAL game Shao Lin huh?

It could be. I can't find any screenshots of the PAL version.
