Some people don't bring up delivery confirmation when talking about shipping either. I've received messages from people who have had the balls to say "I don't want delivery confirmation. Subtract the cost from my invoice and send my package without it to save on shipping."
Nice try, dickhead, and when I get the inevitable email saying "I haven't received my game!" then that crook will have both the game and my money (when it is refunded).
People will pay over a hundred dollars on Ebay for hard to find video game items, even overpay by $10-20 for some stuff, but the same people are apt to freak out over their idea of "exact shipping." There are a lot of cheapskates who expect you to sell a half decent NES or SNES game to them for a 1 cent bid and $2 shipping. Get too much higher than that and the link to your Ebay user ID ends up in a thread pointing out your "inflated" shipping costs."
If you were to cave in to this madness and send them an invoice for this amount, you can expect stupid demands like "I know the auction said the game doesn't come with a black Nintendo sleeve but you can take it off of one of the games in your collection and send it to me" or "Ok, I've just paid for my game, 1 cent for the game and $2 for shipping. Can you send it from Texas to my other address in Canada instead because I want to play my game while I am out of town?"
For the record, when I list games on Ebay, I usually use a 99 cent starting bid and $3 shipping.
