am trying to make the mortal combat 2 paper arcade my problem i can't seem to figure out the part of the control panel could anybody help me out on this

What is it you don't get? It seems pretty straightforward from the image you've attached -- start at the bottom, and everywhere the tabs change, there's a fold that matches the side view changing angles. The black bar is the underside of the control panel "ledge", the dragons the front, the panel the slightly sloped bit before the steeply sloping screen...
