Anyone playing Call of Juarez?

I just picked this up, and I have to say I am really enjoying it. I really like western games and there really isn't a whole lot of them. Pretty cool little FPS with platforming and stealth elements. I haven't tried the multiplayer yet so I can't comment on that. Anyone else playing this one?

I'll say one thing though, killing people in this game hasn't been as satisfying since probably Max Payne :)

I haven't played through the game yet. I did happen to watch a trailer where the player uses a bow and arrow to get one of the most amazing head shots I have ever seen.

I've already beaten it twice. Once on easy, once on very hard. What a fun game...

How much platforming is there? I can't stand FPS platforming (or moving boxes, etc.) for the most part. The IGN video review alluded to quite a bit...it's what has prevented me from picking this one up so far.

Most of billy's levels are mostly stealth/platforming, Ray's to a lesser extent. I'd say it's pretty heavy on platforming, as almost every level has some form of platforming.

Soon as my coffin comes back I'm on it. I love any western-themed game. There was a western FPS on the original Xbox towards the end of it's lifecycle which was actually hella fun online; can't remember the name of it right now.

I haven't played a good western game since Sunset Riders for the SNES. Call of Juarez, another almost but not quite western game. One day someone will get the western genre done right. one day....

This game is awesome!! The story mode is great and so is the online multi player. This game is a must have on the 360. I did hear that it looks better on 360 than PC (rumor). The only thing they need to make a patch for is the sudden online network lag. Like all new online games they have lag issues in the beginning so I am not getting all upset, great game though!

They don't have to be. In most of them you can shoot everyone if you feel so inclined. I think there was only 2 or 3 parts where you HAD to sneak.
