Does anyone know if there are any differences between the Sonic Adventure LE vs the regular Sonic Adventure back insert? Scored a SA LE recently that does not have the back insert...so i'm curious.
Also if you do have the LE back insert, mind giving me a high res scan of it?

heres what I saw:
It does not say "modem" nor "jump pack compatable" near the bottom of the LE
the esrb rating box is a little smaller
there are none of the CRI ADX Logos, nor qsound or mpeg logos
different barcode
the sega logo is on the right side of the small text rather then in the corner of it

Yes there are numerous differences....between all 4 Sonic Adventure rear inserts.

Top is Sonic LE
Bottom is Sonic regular release

Top is Sonic Adventure pack-in version
Bottom is Sonic SAS version.
All the main 'Selling Point/Features' text is the same, as are the images on the right side.
The differences (between LE and Regluar) are:
*No VMU or Modem images (for accessories supported) below the Features Text.
*The Copywrite info is different between the two copies with the regular release having more stuff mentioned.
*Due to the differences of the Copywrite spacing, the Sega and subsequent NTSC/U logos are smaller and in different places (on the Regular Sonic Adventure).
*The Sonic LE does not have a few Software logos above the ESRB rating.
*The ESRB on the Sonic LE is smaller than the regular release rating.
* The UPC's are different.
Not to mention that the spines are different (of course) as well as the Sega Catalog numbers.

It is just a rerelease.
They do not want to release this game again since it would be a bad thing to reproduce copies of something that came out long time ago. They are just making it prettier to get people who brought the game already to think that it is a diffrent game all together and they get special prizes.
Like there is no way I am going to buy Resident Evil on the NDS even if it has multiplay since I already have it on the GCN.
A person who owns a PSX would say the exact same thing as with a person who owns a Sega Saturn.
A great example is how somebody who brought Scarface on BW film would laugh at the person who brought the recent rerelease and revamped version of Scarface.
Another example is how they remade the original Starwars. Then agian that Episode of South Park and the raiders of the Lost Ark. Don't look into the light

How can the LE edition be released before the original game? That makes no sense at all

LE was basically a beta, rental only release of the game.

Horray for nonsensequel babble!
Sonic LE was never sold in stores. It was basically a modified Japanese version of the game that was only playable at Hollywood Video to help promote the launch of the Dreamcast.
