Not sure if Ritz is a national chain or not. I'm in Northern California. In the Sunday ad, they have a special on the PSP. $20 off the normal $169.99 price.

It's mostly national, but I believe they have other stores to cover territories there are none in. Like Wolf Camera in the south. That's a good price. MSRP should be that.
